Job Profile

• Preparation of prequalification documents
• Review RFP/ enquiries
• Prepare the list of queries for obtaining essential information from client for preparation of proposal
• Co-ordinate with Engineering team for obtaining inputs for preparation of proposal
• Attend pre-bid clarification discussion and finalization with Engineering and Business Development teams – the best fit technical proposal
• Work out commercial terms & conditions
• Submit comprehensive techno commercial proposal to customer
• Revise proposals as per outcome of discussions with customer
• Review contract with respect to the proposals submitted
• Submit proposals for contract amendments necessitated during the execution

Skills / Knowledge

• Skilled in Tendering process
• Knowledge of International and Government Contract terms & issues
• Basic knowledge of power infrastructure projects
• Good written communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills

Work Experience

5 to 10  years of relevant experience with Engineering Consultancy companies/ EPC Contractors / Equipment Suppliers/ Power Project Developers or Utilities / State Electricity Boards

Qualification

Graduate Engineer ( Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil) with relevant experience
