Job description

• Should have experience in carrying out Detailed Design of hydropower projects including their   technical & economic evaluation.

• Specialize in the field of hydraulic analysis, civil structural & hydraulic design, numerical and   physical model studies.

• Planning and supervision of topographic, hydrological and geotechnical field investigations.

• Experience in the field of River engineering

• Conceptual design, optimisation of project layout and Feasibility design of project components

• Responsible for Cost Estimation, Monitoring of cost, economic and financial analysis of the   Project.

• Preparation & Reviewing of Environmental Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan

• Site Supervision and Project Management

• Co-ordination with different Clients etc.

Job Requirements

• Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering from reputed institute with minimum 20 years of   International experience in Hydro Power Sector.

• Master in structural design preferred.

• Conversant with best International practices, BIS Codes and Indian guidelines

• Should have work on Detailed Engineering assignments of at least 3-5 hydropower projects

• Majority of work experience in consulting industry is desired.
